Controller
The party responsible for processing personal data on this website is:
If you have any questions about data protection, you can reach us at this address at any time.
At a glance
- This website sets no cookies.
- We use no analytics, tracking or advertising services.
- Fonts and all other content are loaded directly from our website; we do not use external services such as Google Fonts.
- We only process personal data if you contact us by email, via the contact form or by WhatsApp, and briefly when our hosting provider Cloudflare delivers the website, as is technically necessary.
Legal basis
We process personal data in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which applies in Liechtenstein as a member of the EEA, and with the Liechtenstein Data Protection Act (DSG). Where applicable, we also comply with the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection.
Depending on the purpose, processing is based on our legitimate interest in a secure and functioning website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) or on handling your enquiry or preparing a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Hosting and server log files
This website is provided via the Cloudflare Workers platform of Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA. Cloudflare operates a global network of data centres; your request is usually answered by a data centre near you. This may involve a transfer of personal data to the USA.
Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and the Swiss-US Data Privacy Framework, for each of which an adequacy decision exists. In addition, Cloudflare’s Data Processing Addendum, a data processing agreement, applies between us and Cloudflare. It forms part of Cloudflare’s terms of service and includes the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
Each time the website is accessed, Cloudflare automatically processes information transmitted by your browser:
- IP address
- date and time of access
- page or file requested
- browser and operating system
- previously visited page (referrer)
This data is used solely to deliver the website and to keep it secure and stable, for example to fend off attacks. It is not combined with other data. We have disabled the Cloudflare Workers logging feature (“Workers Logs”), so we do not store any access logs ourselves. Cloudflare processes the data only for as long as necessary for these purposes and also creates aggregated statistics, such as the number of visits, that do not allow any conclusions about you personally. For details, see Cloudflare’s privacy policy.
Contact form
If you write to us via the contact form, you send us your name, your email address, the topic you selected and your message. This information is forwarded in encrypted form via our hosting provider Cloudflare (see above) to our email mailbox. We do not store it on the website itself.
Our email mailbox is hosted by Proton AG, Route de la Galaise 32, 1228 Plan-les-Ouates, Switzerland. The European Commission has issued an adequacy decision for Switzerland.
We use this information solely to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a meeting or collaboration (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Name, email address and message are required, as we cannot reply to you otherwise. We delete the data as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply.
To protect against spam, the form contains a field that is invisible to people and checks how quickly it was filled in. We also limit the number of requests per IP address; for this, the IP address is processed only briefly by Cloudflare and is not stored permanently. We do not set any cookies or use any third-party services for this.
Contact by email
If you email us, we process the information you provide (e.g. name, email address, content of the message) to answer your enquiry and, where relevant, to prepare a meeting or collaboration. We delete this data as soon as it is no longer needed for that purpose and no statutory retention obligations apply. Our mailbox is hosted by Proton AG in Switzerland (see “Contact form”).
Contact via WhatsApp
Our website links to our WhatsApp Business account. The link itself transmits no data; WhatsApp only opens when you click it.
If you contact us via WhatsApp, your message, phone number and other metadata are processed by the provider, WhatsApp Ireland Limited (Meta). This may involve a transfer of data to the USA. We have no influence over this processing; for details, see WhatsApp’s privacy policy. If you prefer to avoid this, please email us instead.
Your rights
Within the scope of the statutory provisions, you have the right at any time to:
- access the data stored about you
- have inaccurate data corrected
- have your data erased or its processing restricted
- data portability
- object to the processing
Simply contact office@fkegh.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority, in Liechtenstein the Data Protection Authority (Datenschutzstelle Liechtenstein).
